I been thinking of having a "pre-commitment" meeting for those interested to talk about the process and get questions answered about the commitment level required. It would not be to talk about the subject matter, that will happen as part of the process.
Once the team is identified, I am also thinking of a "pre-launch team meeting," that too might be helpful prior to the commissioning.
